Undelivered Orders

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Your items are unworn, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on soles).
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box and tags.
• Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Free Exchange Policy

• You can exchange your order once for free if you need a different size or style.
• If you request an additional exchange after the first one, standard shipping fees will apply.

Return & Refund Policy

• If you choose to return the product instead of an exchange, ₹500 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
