  • For orders below ₹2000, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details.

Undelivered Orders

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your items are unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on soles).
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box and tags.
  • Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Free Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your order once for free if you need a different size or style.
  • If you request an additional exchange after the first one, standard shipping fees will apply.

Return & Refund Policy

  • If you choose to return the product instead of an exchange, ₹500 Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Repeated Returns

We offer free shipping & returns to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. However, we also monitor the number of returns made by customers. If we detect repeated returns that violate our terms and conditions, we may:

  • Add a shipping charge or restocking fee for future returns.
  • Restrict or refuse future orders at our discretion.

Customised Footwear Policy

At Bennetic, we specialise in creating customised footwear tailored to your unique preferences. As each pair is made to order, the following terms apply:

1. No Return, Exchange, or Refund
All customised orders are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Order Confirmation
Customers are advised to carefully review all customisation details – including size, design, material, and colour- before placing the order. No modifications or cancellations can be made after the order has been confirmed.

3. Delivery Timeline
Customised orders may take up to 90 days from the date of order placement for delivery. While we always aim to deliver sooner, timelines may vary depending on design complexity and craftsmanship requirements.

4. Acceptance of Terms
By placing a customised order, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
